The building is located at 301 W. War- ner Road. Other tenants to lease space at the property include CEC Educational Services and Yokowo American Cor- poration. Cenlar originally occupied the building in August 2016 before ex- panding to its larger space. The loan servicing provider was represented by NGKF's Jerry Jacobs. Matt Nebeker of Cushman & Wake- field represented the landlord, Han- nay Realty Advisors, in the three lease transactions. ALSTON CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES IGT LAS VEGAS CAMPUS REMODEL LAS VEGAS — Alston Construction has completed the $7 million remodel of the International Game Technology campus in Las Vegas. The campus is located at 6355 South Buffalo Drive. The project included a complete re- model of a Class A, three- story office building that features high-tech capa- bilities and extensive security require- ments. The work was finished in six phases to reduce the impact on the more than 700 employees that occu- pied the campus and were temporar- ily relocated during construction. The space is owned by Southwest Corporate Park. It was developed by Panattoni Development. WEITZ COMPLETES 119,000 SF ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY IN GILBERT GILBERT, ARIZ. — The Weitz Com- pany has completed construction of Savanna House, a 119,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facil- ity in Gilbert. The memory care section is split into three neighborhoods for different levels of need. The number of units was not disclosed. Prevarian Senior Living developed the property. Weitz was the general contractor. Florida-based Architectur- al Concepts designed the project. This is Prevarian's first community in Florida. Life Care Services will op- erate the property. MCFARLIN GROUP BUYS 6.9 ACRES IN PHOENIX FOR ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY PHOENIX — McFarlin Group has ac- quired 6.9 acres of land in Phoenix for the development of an assisted living and memory care community. Health- South Corp. sold the plot for $2.7 mil- lion. Avison Young's Julie Johnson and Alexandra Loye represented the seller in the transaction, while the firm's DL Slaughter represented the buyer. The community, to be named Mari- posa Point at Agodon Center, is slated for groundbreaking in late 2017 and for completion in early 2018. Surpass Senior Living will operate the prop- erty once completed. The parcel is located within the Algodon Medical Center and across from Banner Estrella Medical Center. The property is expected to include more than 80 units of assisted living and memory care and will be licensed for about 120 residents. Cenlar originally occupied Warner Courtyards in August 2016 before expanding to its larger space. Need more information?
