The home décor super- store is the company's westernmost location as it enters its 33rd U.S. state. Nevada's first At Home is more than 140,000 square feet and offers over 50,000 home décor items from fur- niture, mirrors, rugs, art and house- wares to tabletop, patio and seasonal items, including more than 100 differ- ent Christmas tree varieties. The Henderson At Home is one of more than 25 new store openings this year for the growing home décor chain. At Home, the home décor super- store, is headquartered in Plano, Tex- as, and currently operates 136 stores in 33 states. CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD ARRANGES SALE OF CAMELBACK CENTER IN PHOENIX PHOENIX — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Camelback Center, a 32,963-square-foot shopping center located in Phoenix. CVS/pharmacy and Total Wine anchor the center, which is fully oc- cupied by tenants including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Massage Envy, Euro- pean Wax Center and Jimmy Johns. Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller in the trans- action. Perry Investment Trust pur- chased the property. Terms of the sale were also undisclosed. PEAK CAMPUS AWARDED MANAGEMENT OF REBEL PLACE IN LAS VEGAS LAS VEGAS — Atlanta-based Peak Campus has been awarded manage- ment of Rebel Place in Las Vegas, along with three other student hous- ing communities in Texas and North Carolina. The 2,062-bed portfolio was pur- chased by Waypoint Campus Hous- ing, an affiliate of Waypoint Resi- dential. Each community is located minutes from campus, and offers shared amenities including clubhous- es with gaming stations, resort-style pools, business centers and computer labs, study rooms, sports courts, as well as outdoor social and grilling ar- eas. THE OPUS GROUP TO BUILD SPEC INDUSTRIAL PROJECT IN MESA MESA, ARIZ. — The Opus Group has announced plans to build a 147,672-square-foot speculative in- dustrial project inside the Longbow Business Park and Golf Club in Mesa. The project will be called Longbow Gateway One. Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with an estimated com- pletion date of January 2018. The proj- ect will be situated near the southeast corner of Higley Road and Longbow Parkway, near the 2-million-square- foot Boeing Co. manufacturing facil- ity. Longbow Gateway One will be built by Opus Design Build and designed by Opus AE Group. CBRE's John Wer- stler and Cooper Fratt will lease the space. BURGER 21 TO OPEN FIRST RESTAURANT IN NEW MEXICO ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Burger 21 will expand into New Mexico with the addition of an Albuquerque location set to open this October. The growing brand now has 22 open locations and 15 in development across 11 states. The new location is in the Winrock Town Center at 2100 Louisiana Blvd. in Albuquerque. The restaurant is 2,500 square feet with an additional 800 square feet of outdoor patio space and is owned by Chris Zalesiak. With 22 locations now open in Flor- ida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Virginia, and about 15 in development in 11 states, Burger 21 is a "beyond the better burger" fast casual franchise concept founded in 2010.
