Cordia Capital Management acquired the 78,600-square-foot prop- erty for an undisclosed price. Situated on 3.8 acres, the facility features 25- to 29-foot ceiling heights, seven dock- height positions and future divisibil- ity. At the time of sale, Golden West Packaging Group fully occupied the property. Mark and John Repstad of Realty Advisory Group represented the undisclosed seller and the buyer in the transaction. SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS SELECTS PARTNER FOR 28-ACRE WATERFRONT MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francis- co Giants has selected Tishman Speyer as its joint venture partner to develop Mission Rock, a waterfront mixed- use neighborhood near AT&T Park in San Francisco. The development is a public-private partnership with the Port of San Francisco and the City and County of San Francisco. Serv- ing as the centerpiece of the emerg- ing Central Waterfront neighborhood, Mission Rock will span 28 acres and feature about 1,400 residential rental units, with 40 percent affordable to low- and moderate-income families; eight acres of parks and open space, including a waterfront park; up to 1.4 million square feet of office space; 250,000 square feet of retail and lo- cal manufacturing space; a parking structure to serve ballpark and neigh- borhood needs; rehabilitation of the historic Pier 48; and public waterfront access and improvements, includ- ing a segment of the Blue Greenway trail connection from Embarcadero to Hunters Point. SPLUNK SIGNS 301,000 SF OFFICE LEASE AT 700 SANTANA ROW SAN JOSE, CALIF. — Splunk Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 301,000 square feet of office space at 700 San- tana Row. The 319,000-square-foot mixed-use building is under construc- tion at the intersection of Santana Row and Olsen Drive in San Jose. De- veloped by Federal Realty Investment Trust, 700 Santana Row is scheduled for delivery in 2019. The property will feature seven levels of office space above ground-floor retail space and a parking garage with about 1,300 spac- es. San Francisco-based WRNS Studio designed the asset, which Devcon Construction is building. The all-con- crete structure features 13-foot ceiling heights, private terraces, an urban plaza and is built to LEED Silver stan- dards. Once completed, Santana Row will offer a total of 690,000 square feet of Class A office space, which is fully leased; 50 shops; 30 restaurants; nine personal service businesses; 615 rental apartments; 219 residential condo- miniums; and the 215-room Hotel Va- lencia. CHARLES DUNN CO. ARRANGES $2.8 MILLION SALE OF LAND PARCEL FOR MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT LOS ANGELES — Charles Dunn Co. has arranged the sale of a develop- ment site located at 729 S. Park View Street in Los Angeles. Salem Mis- sionary Baptist Church sold the as- set to Safeco LLC for $2.8 million. The 18,000-square-foot site features a 4,100-square-foot building, which the seller formerly occupied. The buyer, who owns an adjacent parcel, plans to develop 150 residential units and potentially ground-floor retail at the site. Chris Giordano, Chris Steck and John Anthony of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller and buyer in the deal.
