The new res- taurants will mark the brand's entry into the state and will be owned and operated by KMP TSC, LLC, com- posed of longtime entrepreneurs and husband-and-wife team, Kory and Michelle Pukash. Following the development of their first restaurant in Boise, the Pu- kashes will target additional markets throughout the state for further devel- opment. They are currently scouting sites in Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Twin Falls, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Tropical Smoothie Cafe plans for continued development in Colorado, targeting Denver, Colorado Springs and Centennial to expand its presence through franchise growth. Tropical Smoothie currently has three locations in Colorado. Spearheading Tropical Smoothie's expansion throughout Colorado is husband-and-wife team Craig and Dianne LeMieux, area developers for the region. In addition to their de- velopment efforts in Colorado, the LeMieuxs are also Tropical Smoothie area developers in Michigan and Ohio. PINNACLE ARRANGES $1.9 MILLION SALE OF 12-UNIT PROPERTY NEAR THE UNIVERSITY OF DENVER DENVER — Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC has arranged the $1.9 million sale of a 12-unit housing com- munity located one block from the University of Denver campus in Colo- rado. Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter of Pin- nacle represented the undisclosed seller, and Peter Sengelmann and Jeff Johnson of Pinnacle represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. MAINSTREET TO OPEN 70-BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY LOVELAND, COLO. — Mainstreet is set to open the doors on Medical Cen- ter of the Rockies at Centerra, a 70-bed skilled nursing facility in the Fort Col- lins suburb of Loveland. OZ Architecture designed the 50,000-square-foot property, which is expected to open before the end of this month. Mainstreet is an Indiana-based de- veloper and investor in skilled nurs- ing properties. OZ is a Denver-based architecture firm. BLUEPRINT PARTNERS EXPANDS INTO MOUNTAIN STATES WITH NEW PARTNERSHIP DENVER — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a Chicago-based brokerage firm, has partnered with Pamela Pyms and Hayden Behnke, both seniors housing real estate bro- kers in Denver. Since 2011, Pyms and Behnke have worked as a team structuring se- niors housing sale transactions in the Mountain States. The pair also assists developers in sourcing equity and debt and arrange partnerships among institutional investors and national operators. The new additions represent wider market coverage and local expertise in Colorado and the surrounding region for Blueprint. Prior to joining Blueprint. Pyms owned and operated Pyms Capital Resources, a real estate brokerage firm focused on the senior living industry.
